I’m a current patient at this facility and scheduled to discharge but I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for taking good care of me. My stay and recovery has been great and this facility is much more than just physical rehab- I came in not knowing the services that come with being a resident. There is an activity department that engages residents to participate in various activities throughout the month from social activities to outings. The rehab department also does great in encouraging me in doing better and I’m in better shape thanks to them. This facility also has a really nice patio area to go out for fresh air and sun. The team does great in keeping me updated in my care, social services also goes above and beyond in keeping me updated with my care from arranging transportation to appointments to providing updates, to ensuring discharge and going over the process. The social services director is efficient and shows that he cares. When it comes to dietary- they have a set menu but I like that they have alternatives that could be tailored to my likes and dislikes. Nursing wise the day to day care now that I’m discharging I feel like I’m saying bye to my second family- some of these nurses are like family. I’m happy to discharge but sad to be saying bye as well. Overall this facility has been great to me and would recommend!

My husband was there for over 30 days ,they took great care of him ,and Eric is amazing, answering all my questions.

I came to Vineland three weeks ago for assistance after major abdominal surgery. My goal was to strengthen my body so that I could walk up the stairs to my apartment comfortably. The staff in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy understood my goal and worked with me to accomplish those goals. Kudos to Matt, Grant, Savad, and others. In addition, the support staff, Nurses, LVNs and CNAs were there to assist in making my stay as comfortable as possible. Eric the social worker was very instrumental in keeping me up to date on my Drs appointments and what was needed in transportation and guidelines to leaving the facility. I highly recommend Vineland Post Acute for your rehab center and short term stay. They will get you up on your feet if you are willing to do your part.

I am so thankful for Vineland and its staff. The facility is very clean. The Case Manager was always so helpful and explained everything to me and my family. The nurses are all very kind and great with the patients. The Director of Nursing was amazing and an advocate for my mother with the doctors. If my mother ever needs to go to a rehab center again it will be Vineland. Thank you

I have a family friend who’s under the care of this facility…and the care provided is really good. They go above and beyond. The social worker Erik keeps us informed and the family- always communicating and helpful. Our friend always tells us how he helps and checks on him and the other residents. Glad he’s being taken care of.

My Dad is getting old. He’s in and out of the hospital these days. He ended up at this place. My brother and mom keep telling me how blessed my Dad is to be here. How the staff takes care of the patients like they’re family. He isn’t miserable, he feels welcomed and cared for. I’m so grateful for this place. I wish every other facility was modeled after this facility’s gold standard of caring for people in need. Thank you!

The quality of care is consistent and excellent. The kitchen staff, activities staff, nursing assistants, nurses, caseworkers and all others are attentive, respectful, kind and supportive. The OT and PT departments will educate you as well as assist you with recovery exercises.

Excellent care from most everyone on the staff. Special thanks to the PT department especially Matthew & Grant & everyone else. Eric goes out of his way to help with a special shout to Sutchai, Alma also. It is kept very clean & for something I had never experienced before it turned out to be a positive experience. I give it a 5.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The best skilled nursing facility I’ve been to. Especially helpful is the physical therapy department. Run by Jacqueline, this department is hands on the best. Jacqueline is an expert at what she does and her staff is excellent. They helped me tremendously last year and are helping me again now. Thanks to everyone at Vineland Post Acute!!

Our family member was in another facility in the Bay Area. His treatment was languishing and his care was all but non-existent. He was not monitored properly and ended up injuring himself. After a surgery we elected not to return him to that nursing facility and instead he moved down to LA, closer to us to start his rehab.

I share all of that backstory, because the difference between the care of these two facilities couldn’t be more radical. At Vineland Post Acute my family member was treated with regular, excellent care. Rather than one overworked, scattered and disorganized physical therapist, Vineland Post had two or three people helping him daily. They devised a plan that brought my family member’s strength back as well as his mind. We had thought we were going to lose our family member to mental and physical atrophy and instead, Vineland Post Acute provided a treatment plan that changed their life. Literally. Today, my family member lives happily in a nearby assisted living place, all because Vineland Post.

Additionally, the administrative team and the social worker were world-class. I know my first experiences with a skilled nursing facility was a nightmare case and the bar was super low, but I’m confident there are few places on the earth that have such care and intentionality from social workers, therapists, doctors and nurses.

My Father has been at this facility for 2 years, after transferring from another (horrendous) facility. Our family’s experience here at Vineland has been nothing short of AMAZING!! The staff is very welcoming, patient and caring. My Dad is so happy here, he feels like he’s home. They cater to their patients and host different activities and celebrations for the patients. I love that all the residents are involved and not forgotten or left alone in their room with no care at all. CNA Maria has been such a sweetheart, the patience she has for my Dad has to be appreciated. I know my Dad is in good hands here.

My sister has been staying at Vineland Post-Acute for about 5 years now. All the nurses and staff are so gracious and instrumental to my sister’s stability. Julieta Escen is an outstanding Director of Recreation who has taken care of my sister’s special needs, from picking out her Halloween costume to arranging special birthday celebrations. This facility has always prided themselves with lots of fun activities for the residents. Erick Aguilar, the Social Services Director as well as Anna Bakalian in the Business Office have truly been remarkable. All the nursing Staff have treated my sister extraordinarily patient and loving. My family is eternally grateful for everything they provide not only to my sister but to all the residents there. This facility is very clean, and orderly. It boasts a modernized therapy and exercise room where I’ve encouraged my sister to fully take advantage of.!

I’ve been here for over a year recovering from surgery and am grateful to have been at this fine facility. The staff really cares about you and doing the best job that they can. Eric of Social Services goes well out of his way to see to it that you have an excellent and positive experience. Everyone here has a terrific attitude which softens the experience of having to be away from home and loved ones.

Therapy has done such an incredible job in helping me get to where I am today. Since admission, staff from therapy to nursing to dietary have been very special to me during my stay.
